Normally we will send you letters in the post so that there is a good written record of everything on your case. We are happy to email you if you prefer and we will telephone you.
If I have to go in to hospital for treatment how will you keep me updated?
We are happy to liaise with your family members and will just ask you to give us a written authority allowing us to deal with them.
Can I ring you for advice?
