Hi, I’m Mark Lampkin of Lampkin & Co Solicitors. Lampkin & Co are a firm of Solicitors and we deal with people who have been affected by car accidents and I just want to give you help and advice when and if you have had a car accident that’s not your fault.
Firstly of course we have to deal with your car. Your car will have been damaged and maybe it is off the road If you give us a call at Lampkin & Co, we can look after that, we can get your car in with a local supplier or repairer and get you supplied with a replacement vehicle on credit hire terms. The way that works you get the vehicle; when your vehicle is repaired it is returned to you and any of the hire charges are recovered as part of your claim so all that initial stuff about your car about it being repaired, about you keeping mobile, being able to get to and from work, can all be done by us at Lampkin & Co Solicitors.
Once that has been dealt with of course and maybe even before that you may have suffered some injury. Often whiplash only comes on after 24 to 48 hours and you may even feel a bit silly about having some symptoms and having to go and trouble a Doctor but I suggest that you do because you must get checked out following an accident just to see and make sure that you are looked after in the best way.
