We have been asked to appeal for help and information from anyone affected by the new motorcycle test and the danger it can present to novice motorcyclists.
The test was brought in following an EU directive, rightly aimed at reducing motorcycle casualties.
There has been considerable criticism on the way the test and the “Supercentres” have been designed and implemented by the DSA.
We are aware of many accidents and have been called in to help on what must be the worst to date.
Mark Lampkin is acting on behalf of Jane Offen (pictured) who crashed while at a test centre.
Husband Mick said, “There have been around 251 serious accidents to date. It was a matter of time before someone got killed. It could have been Jane!”
Jane added, “I must do all I can to have this test stopped. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.”
Obviously legal action is being contemplated and examples of other accidents will support that case. There is strength in numbers.
If you have any information, opinion or you have had an accident (or represent someone who has) please contact us here at Lampkin & Co Solicitors.
