Because if you do they will steal money from your case.
Sounds unbelievable doesn’t it. You have had an accident on your motorcycle caused by a negligent motorist and it is not your fault. If you call your insurance company you will be a victim twice!
You have probably already purchased a legal expense insurance policy which is normally thrown into your insurance premium or for an extra cost of £15 or so.
Do you realise that insurance is little more than a scam. The insurance policy probably doesn’t exist and even if it does it will probably not be worth the paper its written on. All it is is a way of those insurance companies making sure that you call their number in the event of an accident.
Why do they do this……….its simple, they make money from it. All insurers, insurance brokers and legal expense insurers make money by gathering your details and selling those to a solicitor on their panel. It is absolute nonsense that they select those solicitors on the basis of their professional ability. It is only upon the basis of the highest bidder.
Yes your insurance company and your legal expense insurers and even your trade union will treat you as nothing more than a piece of meat to be sold to the highest bidder!
We at Lampkin & Co believe this is wrong….. obviously! We will not pay a referral fee to get your case. Instead we will give you extra if you come directly to us. Fixed Costs:
Any solicitor that handles your case will only receive a fixed and calculated amount of costs. This is on average £1200 for a simple road traffic accident case. Most solicitors will pay referral fees of up to £800 to obtain your case leaving little if any left to give you proper consumer value.
