Road Traffic Accident Services
We give pedestrians 110% compensation too!
We at Lampkin & Co invented the accident110.co.uk scheme which was our way of highlighting to the motoring public that they should not ring their insurers after an accident as they will get better value from us. Please see our accident110.co.uk link for full details of why we introduced that scheme.
We also believe however that pedestrians, passengers and pillions who have been injured in road traffic accidents through no fault of their own also deserve the best service possible and the maximum return given their unfortunate circumstances. It is for this reason that we also offer to pedestrians, pillions and passengers 110% compensation on exactly the same terms as our accident110.co.uk scheme. This means that you will receive all the compensation that you are either awarded at court or you agree to settle upon from the other party’s insurers. If your case then falls within the fixed costs scheme meaning that your case settled for between £1,000-£10,000 before court proceedings are issued, then we will give you an extra 10% of the compensation which comes from the costs that we recover from the other party’s insurance company.
Alternatively you may elect to receive £250 high street vouchers.
Why do we do this?
The reason is simple. You will be aware that there are many claims companies advertising on the television for claims such as yours. It may surprise you to learn that all those companies will do is obtain your details and sell those details to a solicitor who is prepared to pay the highest amount.
We at Lampkin & Co refuse to do this as we believe this gives no value to you the client and allows people to unnecessarily profit from accident victims. It is wrong. Do not let it happen to you.
Because we do not pay to get your case, we will recover sufficient costs to make a profit in our business legitimately and will have sufficient to fund your £250 vouchers or your 10% extra compensation without this affecting the value of your legal representation. You will find further details of this on our company philosophy link and on our accident110.co.uk link.
