We at Lampkin & Co can provide our clients with all the legal services they may ever require. Yes we mean all, we mean everything, we mean everything that you wish us to deal with of a legal nature.

We will advise you on and complete your Wills, we will carry out probate of estates and we will deal with any other private client work of whatever nature. Obviously some matters that come before us may be of such an extreme or intricate nature that we do not have the expertise in our office in North Wales, we are members of the Connect2Law legal network which allows us access to a huge network of national solicitors with experience and expertise in all areas of work.

We are delighted for you to test us with any legal problem that you may have or any advice or help that you may need. This can include business affairs, complex litigation, high value cases and legal matters of any nature. We have direct access to huge legal resources……..there is nothing that we can’t handle.

The firm is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are members of the Law Society. We can provide these investment services if they are an incidental part of the professional services we have been engaged to provide. Although the Law Society is a designated professional body for the purposes of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, responsibility for regulation and complaints handling has been separated from the Law Society's representative functions. The Solicitors Regulation Authority is the independent regulatory body of the Law Society and the Legal Complaints Service is the independent complaints handling body of the Law Society.
