We managed to get a payment for the car from the other driver’s insurers so that she could purchase a new vehicle as soon as possible.

However, she’d also been offered an insultingly low amount to settle her road traffic accident claim. The offer was below the cost of her expenses, such as her physio treatment and storage costs. We fought hard to get the offer up to an acceptable level and are glad to say that the final amount was over two and a half times more.
