I had an unusual accident whilst attending an outdoor show when I was run over by a buggy type vehicle. I was injured and upset that the buggy was driven without regard for the safety of show visitors. I was in pain and had bruising to my hip and lower back. I corresponded with the show organisers for almost a year, raising my complaint, and asking for an apology and some recognition of my ruined day. When I was fobbed off and ignored I was determined to take the matter further.
I am a keen biker and came across the details of Lampkin & Co Solicitors having seen their advertisement in Motorcycle Monthly, a free motorcycle newspaper that I often read when out and about on my BMW motorcycle. Even though my claim arose from an accident at a country show and was not a motorcycle accident claim I thought I would approach them for advice.
I was amazed at how helpful they were from the very start. Their advice was clear and enthusiastic despite the accident circumstances being somewhat unusual. I was kept informed at all stages and was staggered at how well they pursued the case. Fortunately my injuries were not serious despite the fact they could have been. I was thrilled with the settlement Lampkin’s achieved which properly reflected the pain and upset that I felt following this incident that could so easily have been avoided with a little care and more importantly an apology.
I am a busy engineer, often travelling all over the world with my job, however I have been determined to go out of my way to visit Lampkin & Co personally and to give them wine and chocolates as I can’t thank them enough for their efforts.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lampkin & Co Solicitors they have been phenomenal.
Mr Robert Pickworth, Ashby de la Zouch.
